- Updating and monitoring fuel consumption records for fleet of vessels and tracking/recording of “Consumables” survey figures.
- Expediting POs, Service Requisitions and Works Orders from Fleet and office.
- Updating and monitoring Fuel oil consumption for the fleet of vessels.
- Updates all Technical team’s computer uploading requirements.
- Preparing SHEQ Performance statistics report for fresh water consumption of fleet of vessels.
- Collating, updating and monitoring the fleets’ Defect Damage Reports and the Repair/Completion and Acceptance reports.
- Sending & receiving transmittal forms for files, documents and hardware items.
- Filing and archiving all vessels’ documents, manuals and drawings.
- Updating and monitoring Lube oil consumption for the fleet of vessels.
- Updating and monitoring monthly report from the ship for Running hours and preventative maintenance and completion reports.
- Tracks the performance of all technical ISM submitted documents received from the Fleet.
- Arranges training courses as and when required by management.
- Amends policies, procedures, forms and checklists as may be directed by the Technical and SHEQ Manager.
- Manages, tracks and collates all ISM and SHEQ statistical information for the fleet and department and tracks all relevant check lists and forms where required.
- Arranges all gate pass port entries for the various port locations and logistical requirements.
- Monitors all materials utilised for fleet and workshop.
- Ensures the strictest confidentiality of all correspondence, files and documents and contents of meetings are strictly adhered to at all times.

- MS Word, MS excel, MS Power point
- ISM Internal Auditor Certificate preferred.
