A Day in the Life of a Recruiter
A recruiter has a busy day. Most days find us doing the following tasks:
– Reading resumes
– Screening candidates
– Making cold calls
– Setting appointments and following up after interviews
– Coaching candidates
– Visiting client sites
– Matching candidates to job openings
– Reading industry-specific news and reports
