Our client, an international restaurant chain in UAE is looking for an experienced Culinary Manager who will be responsible for the budgeting, over all food preparation, menu development and providing direction to kitchen staff.
Key Responsibilities:
To be creative and innovative in developing new food items
Provide regular reporting on menu and product performance
Ensure staffing requirements are fulfilled and that proper training mechanisms are in place
To audit all the outlets on food preparation and quality
Maintain appropriate purchasing procedures and tracking/storage methods for the purpose of efficient auditing of culinary services operation.
Promote reduction in operating costs by analyzing costs of materials, equipment, and labor to attain higher efficiency.
Plan and open new outlets and territories from the kitchen side
Work on efficiencies

At least 3-5 years experience in the same role in the restaurant industry
Must be knowledgeable of food safety guidelines
Must demonstrate high level of leadership and work in a collaborative manner
Passionate about serving delicious and healthy food
