Strategic
• Contribute to the development of the IT strategic objectives and plan by compiling inputs and feedback
• Contribute to the implementation of the operational plan for the Division in line with the overall support services strategy
• Assist in the periodic review of existing IT policies and procedures to achieve operational efficiency

Operational
• Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business solutions
• Conduct analysis on structured and unstructured data to drive optimization and improvement of product development, operation techniques and business strategies
• Conduct assessment as to the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques
• Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets
• Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiences and costs
• Coordinate with different functional teams to implement and monitor KPIs and dashboards
• Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies
• Support team members and colleagues to adopt changes and comply with any changes in policy and procedure
• Participate in implementing the policies and procedures applicable to the section
• Work closely with the team to gather of data to support the preparation of reports periodically and as requested
• Report any operational risks and roadblocks to the achievement of section objectives and targets
• Implement frameworks, processes and requirements enforced by Abu Dhabi government
