الوصف الوظيفي To manage the process of the relocation for the assignee and family from pre-arrival to arrival and delivery of services in country. The right candidate will keep up to date on local knowledge; housing market, schools, recreation, health issues, public transportation, groceries, Expatriate activities, domestic help, etc. To coordinate with all internal departments to ensure smooth relocation of the assignee and family. To provide itinerary and reports to HR of company.
Excellent knowledge of the city, housing, schooling and local procedures; training also provided. Previous experience as a relocation consultant, supporting clients within the region is preferred. Fluent English language skills (additional languages are an advantage). Must have a strong customer service background with ability to build relationships and maintain excellent communication throughout delivery of service.
