الوصف الوظيفي Key Responsibilities: Manage and direct the account teams to ensure the team is creating an effective client relationship. Oversee and ensure deliverables meet client’s expectation and strategy; and drive key accounts forward based on client objectives, Outstanding client consulting skills with extensive experience of providing senior client counsel and a results-oriented approach. Excellent knowledge of the Middle East business/financial landscape and understanding of the communications/marketing mix within companies Experienced in managing multi-regional PR programmes; a self-motivator able to channel stress efficiently. Strong business/financial writing, presenting and oral communication skills; adept at balancing local cultural nuances with modern work ethic. In-depth project management skills and experience in handling large marketing/PR budgets New Business: Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the new business process from initial lead generation to securing the revenue Leadership: Excellent communication, negotiation and rationalization skills are important. In-depth knowledge of complex financial concepts and ability to learn quickly is a pre-requisite. Suitable candidate will be competent in driving strategic communication including crisis management, brand/product launches, investor/analyst relations, bonds and IPO communications, private placements, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and Government liaison. Leadership & people management: A robust team player able to work well with the team and provide adequate support and compassion; especially during crisis situations. Able to understand client personalities and adapt to develop a positive relationship Communication: Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills are a must both in terms of communicating with the immediate team and senior management but also externally with clients. Collaborative and positive in nature, but possessing the ability to judge when to take decisive action and use assertiveness. Responsible for overseeing the strategy and implementation of clients’ global public relations as well as internal and external communication efforts and media relations (both investor and community). Media relations: Develop and nurture high level media contacts relevant to client accounts Strong relationships with local and regional business, finance, retail and consumer media are required. To be successful, the ideal candidate must think like a content publisher within the new media environment, and not be steeped in the traditional Public Relations model or mindset. They must be a strategic thinker, yet detailed, and execution-oriented to drive results while working seamlessly within a broader team. We seek a self-starter, someone who is proactive, and capable of creating and executing solid, and effective multi-media communications solutions. Financial Responsibilities: Ensures the good management of consultant time on each client account Experience in the following areas would also be useful: Training experience such as messaging & media training Internal/employee communications (including change management and advising on key corporate announcements) Corporate branding/positioning, strategic planning and messaging From an agency background, the candidate will be used to working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and adapting accordingly.
