الوصف الوظيفي المهارات Airports/Asset Management/Facilities Management background Equivalent experience - Help Desk / Call Centre Management, Property Management, Facilities Management, Operations Management. Will be required to work 24/7 on rotating shifts. 6 days per week. Willing to cover shifts at short notice where someone has called in sick or taken leave Ramadan overtime (2 hours per day for month) included in monthly salary Self starter and able to work autonomously Excellent stakeholder / customer engagement and communications Operationally aware and astute Able to coordinate a response to multiple technical issues happening simultaneously Able to distinguish a major issue that will have potential ramifications if not addressed Able to take control Willing to escalate major issues or concerns internally and externally تفاصيل الوظيفة
