الوصف الوظيفي Ensure safety and proper operation and maintenance of all equipment, as well as maintaining a competent work force capable of operating the total facility at optimum production cost levels. Establish and maintain product quality and supervises shipment of material to and from the Site at maximum efficiency. Maintain a diary of activity. Thoroughly investigate and report without delay, any accident involving company personnel or equipment that occurs in the area of responsibility. Responsible for the neat appearance of all facilities at the operation. Establish and maintain production of materials and inventory stockpiles as dictated by customer requirements. Supervise the preparation of periodic reports for the regional and corporate offices. Responsible for the implementation and execution of the Site budget/business plan. Interact frequently with senior officers of the company. Develop and maintain reputation within the company’s as expert in field. Work normally-involves routine, scheduled or cyclical activities. Act as negotiator or mediator in solution to problems. Maintain frequent contact with client mill personnel who directly influence company’s reputation or performance. RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria: Undergraduate degree in Engineering desirable With background in Heavy Industry, construction or mining field 5-10 years’ experience in steel mill and/or quarry and mining operations. Broad knowledge of equipment utilization and maintenance Thorough knowledge of steel mill operations and bulk material handling techniques. Must possess strong management and communication skills.
