As a Senior Transformation Manager, you will be responsible to leverage Lean Six Sigma methodologies to identify, develop, and execute opportunities for process efficiency and reducing waste across the business. You will drive process change and monitor process performance across the entire organisation.

Description
Identify areas of process improvement to enable the business to perform to its optimum abilityParticipate in the analysis of the day-to-day problems in order to understand the root cause, and propose/implement corrective actionsPromote and facilitate continuous improvement groups around the problems that require a collective approachCreate strong business cases for projects that serve as a filter and stage gate on prioritizationDevelop and own short and long term process transformation roadmapDesign, develop, and deploy cross-functional process improvement initiatives, either through leading individually or facilitating via department leadsEngage and manage consultants to deliver work streams in mid-large scale process transformation projectsImplement new processes using advanced change management and stakeholder management techniquesDeploy new disruptive innovations, tools, technologies and methodologies that support process efficiency through pilots and/or launch in practiceDefine Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of implemented processesAnalyse the performance and trends of processes through KPI analysis and reportingIdentify and set-up process/system controls to sustain implemented changes and solutions.
Profile
8+ years of business experience including demonstrated track record in one or more of retail, F&B;, hospitality, or recreational industry4+ years’ experience in leading business transformation, operational excellence, technology adoption or process engineering projects across multiple industriesLSS Green Belt or Black Belt or similar certificationDeep experience developing and delivering comprehensive, actionable change management plans for change projectsStrong interpersonal, relationship building, influencing and leadership skillsAbility to create strong business cases for projects and work with the organisation leaders on prioritisation.
