Work Status : Resident Single. 5 days a week / 8 hours a day
Job Responsibilities
• The LPM has the responsibility to check, verify and comment on all relevant logistics requirements based on customer tender, import regulations and export regulations. In addition, logistics budgets for Transportation, Packaging and Warehousing will be verified or calculated through the LPM.
• Analyze, communicate and implement project specific logistic requirements based on customer contracts/tender, consortium contracts and local/international law
• Create and execute project specific logistic concept with a global approach if required
• (Headquarter and Regional Unit)
• Create & execute global/local transportation & warehouse tender including final negations and contracting in cooperation with regional units
• Contracting of Transportation and Warehousing contracts in cooperation with the project manager
• Calculation and verify logistics budgets (transport, export packaging, storage)
• Ensure cross country logistics execution in time, quality and budget. (transport, export packaging, storage) where required
• Review and verify project-based import/export and customs requirements in collaboration with ECCE and regional unit where required
• Define necessary import/export documentation due to local law (e.g. CCC Certificates, Certificate of origin, Gost certificates etc.) where required
• Communication of Order Requirements (Documents/Certificates/Labels) to Order Management
• Manage regional based logistics teams
• Organize, moderate and execute logistics workshop´s in regional units
