Job Description
1. Responsible for securing new customers, and maintaining and developing existing client accounts.
2. Achieve the set revenue targets through existing as well as new customers.
3. Research & create database of potential clients / markets through cold calls and market scout.
4. Identify, meet and develop relations with clients to promote freight services.
5. Continuously Increase customer base.
6. Execute market coverage / penetration strategies.
7. Bring market information of customer developments, market intelligence on shipping & freight related updates.
8. Provide excellent customer service to all customers.
Desired Candidate Profile
1. 2 - 5 years of sales experience in Freight and Logistics services.
2. Familiar with Freight operations and UAE market for freight and Logistics.
3. Excellent Negotiation & Presentation skills.
4. Should be self-initiator and have engaged skills of Prospecting, Sales Planning & Selling to Customer Needs
5. Should be Enthusiastic, ambitious, confident and motivated by Target based incentives.
6. Possess interpersonal skills & be a team player
7. Excellent in Computer skills, PowerPoint Presentation.
8. Ability to create and use software generated data and business Intel.
9. Must have UAE Car Driving licence.
