الوصف الوظيفي Responsible for final aesthetics, appearance and durability of all aspects of soft and hard Landscaping. Focuses on the requirement of local guidelines Coordinates with other design disciplines and the authorities for obtaining the required approval. Supports the Technical Manager in the landscaping and overall aesthetics of the proposed Scope of Works on the program Support during Establishment and Nourishing period up to final handing over. Assure the landscaping, soft and hard area, identified potential planting types making sure it is adequate and in agreement with the design. Responsible for final aesthetics, appearance and durability of all aspects of soft and hard Landscaping. Focuses on the requirement of local guidelines Coordinates with other design disciplines and the authorities for obtaining the required approval. Supports the Technical Manager in the landscaping and overall aesthetics of the proposed Scope of Works on the program. Support during Establishment and Nourishing period up to final handing over. المهارات Licensed Architect Requires proficiency in the application of architectural design standards, practices, and techniques, as well as a demonstrated proficiency in sketching, rendering, modelbuilding, and presentation drawing. Proficiency in Revit or other software packages typically associated with architectural design is also required.
