The Senior Business Development Officer’s role is to support the Business Development Department Managers and Team Leaders with activities related to Business Development projects and initiatives with quantitative and qualitative analyses, development of recommendations and project management activities Retail Business Development specific functions include:
o Support the identification, negotiation and acquisition of land for development of the retail network
o Support the identification, evaluation and implementation of new business development projects and activities
o Assist in the definition of requirements of new retail assets
o Assist in the development of business cases and obtain Investment Committee approval

Minimum Qualification
· Bachelor Degree in Business or related field
· Work experience related to business and financial analysis
Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills
· 5 years of experience, including at least 3 years of proven track record in professional services in the field of quantitative business analysis
· Proven track record of career advancement
