الوصف الوظيفي
· Good interpersonal and influencing ability.
· Good knowledge of spoken and written English
· Knowledge of all applicable International Standards & Codes in Mechanical, Civil, Structural, Painting, Refactory and basic Elec & Instr Engineering.
· Conversant in all aspects of Inspection of material, mechanical piping works, Static & rotating equipment, Major machinery, Structural, civil works and cathodic protection.
· Familiar with the four major NDT methods (RT, UT, DPT & MPT) including interpretations of results and other applicable NDT methods such as Eddy Current, IRIS, Boroscopy.
· Conversant with the development and qualification of WPS/PQR and WQT for all kind of materials.
· Technical report writing.
· Must have good knowledge of the following:-
o ASME II (Materials)
o ASME B31.1 (Power piping)
o ASME B31.3 (Process piping)
o API 598 (valve inspection and testing)
o ASME IX (specifications for welding rods, electrodes and filler metals)
o AWS D1.1 (Structural welding – steel)
· Professional Certification- CSWIP- 3.1 welding
المهارات
· 10 years of experience in QA/QC functions Fabrication/Installation, Maintenance, overhaul/shutdown and application of mechanical equipment associated with the Oil & Gas of Petrochemical industry in a similar level.
