Implement the Barakah Onsite Emergency Preparedness Training Program, while ensuring alignment with the Offsite trainings and providing maintenance of the program as appropriate. Plans and Procedures Manage the Nawah Emergency Preparedness Training Program Manual and other documentation governing the planning, coordination, delivery, and evaluation of emergency preparedness training to ensure alignment with applicable procedures and governance.
Planning, Monitoring, and Reporting File training-related findings and opportunities for improvement into a formal corrective action program, in order to track those items to completion.
Emergency Response Facilities and Equipment Monitor the availability of training facilities, equipment, and communications systems required to support emergency preparedness-related training activities.
Validate that sufficient simulator time is scheduled to support emergency preparedness-related training activities, as appropriate.
Emergency Preparedness Training Provide input in the development/revision and delivery of the emergency preparedness training program, as appropriate to ensure organizational excellence.
Oversee the development of the training matrices for personnel assigned to the Nawah emergency response organization and other individuals requiring emergency preparedness-related training in order to maintain records for staff.
Monitor the emergency preparedness training program database in order to maintain records for staff.
Provide assistance to maintain the Emergency Plan Training Program to ensure it is up to date.
Training and Qualifications Monitor and review the appropriate training plans, training materials, and awareness sessions to ensure that team members receive the necessary training and skills required for their development.
Keeps current with emergency preparedness-related best practices and updates colleagues, as appropriate, to diffuse knowledge throughout organization.
Execute all required initial and refresher training courses and requirements in order to attain and maintain the required qualifications and certifications in areas of specialization.
Health and Safety and Security Follow all relevant company’s Health and Safety policies, processes, procedures and instructions to ensure compliance in all aspects of work as per sound management practices. Apply these policies and procedures to self and others to ensure reasonable care of the health and safety of the employee; the environment; and various individuals who may be affected by the employee’s acts or omissions at work.
Follow all relevant Security policies, processes, procedures and instructions to ensure security compliance in all aspects of work, by applying them on self, others and Corporate assets.
Ensure compliance with corporate requirements for adherence to policies, procedures and instructions related to Crisis Management and Business Continuity in order to continue mission critical activities.
People Management Contribute to the development of UAE National employees in a manner which supports the objectives of the corporation and its Emiratization strategy.
Contribute to knowledge dissemination/sharing in a way that assists with building internal capabilities of UAE Nationals where applicable and maximize their effective performance.
Excellence and Quality Management Ensure commitment to a culture of continuous improvement by eliminating waste, following operations procedures, practicing innovation, problem solving, and teamwork; complying with Quality Management System policies and procedures; providing and receiving constructive feedback, and striving to meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.

المهارات
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or other Physical Science discipline generally associated with power plant operations.
5 years’ experience related to Nuclear Emergency Preparedness at an operating nuclear power plant (preferred).
Certified as a qualified instructor for the material being presented.
Preferrably - previously SRO/Operations at CE Plant.
