■ Position Summary:
EPC Company(Oil&Gas;, Petrochemical Industry Plant)
Construction Manager(CM) / means that someone can control all disciplines. Not just 1 or 2 disciplines’ Manager.
Candidate has to have knowledge about Construction Skill, Schedule & Cost & Subcontractor Control.
Communication & Cooperation talent between various staffs is also highly required.
Project site will be Middle East Asia / Southern East Asia.
■ Role Description & Key Responsibilities/KRAs/KPIs:

- Progress Management
- Coordination with Subcontractor and Client
- Project Management (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Pre-commissioning)
- Planning and Scheduling
- Resource Management
- Manpower and Organization Management
- Engineering and Procurement Coordination
- Field Construction Management
■ Team Organization & Reporting to :
Project Manager, Back-office Manager
■ Working Hours:
10hr/day
■ Travel Requirement:
1~3 years (Or more)
■ Other Requirements:
More than 20years experience(Oil&Gas;, Petrochemical) in EPC company
