Ensure all operators achieve quality standards
Ensure production in accordance with production schedules
Direct response efforts in accordance with production problems
Responsible for training and supervision of assigned employees
Approve employee pay authorization, vacation, corrective action etc. as appropriate
Ensure employee safety, compliance to all rules plant housekeeping and security needs of assigned staff
Investigate and report on employee grievances / disciplinary matters in conjunction with Department Head and human Resources according to set procedures
Develop and implement employee schedules for overtime and holidays
Participate with information sharing, team working and continuous improvement programs
To comply with the Company Environmental Policy and the Environmental Management System both in normal and emergency situations
Other duties as required
المهارات
Should have atleast 2 years of experience in supervisory role in workshops, maintenance workers, and must have worked in Steel Related industry previously.
