الوصف الوظيفي
- Responsible for Attending all construction phases of the plant (civil, mechanical, electrical, automation, etc...)
- Evaluating tenders for new Projects inside the plant (Reverse osmosis and potable water plants, etc…)
- Inspection of different types of refractories installed in the plant reactor, reformer box and process gas heater sections)
- Calculating heat and mass balance for the whole process and calculating equipment efficiency including (steam reformer, Heaters, Boilers, Re-boilers and Reactor)
- Flushing and passivation of the pipe network for all type of water, machine, Process and equipment cooling water
- Operating various water treatment station in the plant including (Reverse Osmosis, Clarification and Potable water treatment plant)
- Loop checking all the plant different instrumentations in different areas.
- Function checking of all control loops in the plant
- Supervising all water circuits flushing activities.
- Performing all cold tests for all plant equipment.
- Making Dry out and boil out for the plant reformer and steam system.
- Catalyst filling for all catalytic vessels in the plant.
- Spray nozzles test for all the separators and quench towers in the plant.
- Steam blowing for all Low and High Pressure steam lines.
- Preparing the spare part list for all vessels internals and refractory materials.
- Keeping the plant running till start production.
المهارات
- Should have experience in DRP - Direct Reduction Plant
- Knowledge of Steel structures
- Mininum of 1 year of experience
