Support line manager by organizing and overseeing PR activities and ensure effective communications with stakeholders. Liaise with other departments on their communication needs. Create content for social media and tradition media. Create, maintain and update digital content when needed. Assist line manager on the creation and distribution of press releases, follow up, relationship management, media monitoring and/or creating PR/corporate events.
Descreption:
Develop and execute PR campaigns Pre during and post event reporting and ADHOC work. Assist line manager on creating releases and publishing them. Seek opportunities for partnerships.
Reports Create monthly, quarterly and annual social media activity reports. Flag any reputation crisis. Assist line manager on publishing annual report. Create media coverage reports post-dispatch. Create monthly, quarterly and annual PR activity report, reports to include any coverage done in the favor of Tabreed and/or its representative
Media Projects Create, monitor and update digital content. Organize and follow up on media queries. Support on special projects.
Tabreed Website Updating external website content when needed.
Maintain external website with help of developer. Develop, maintain and update internal website.
Ensure all relevant documents are updated on DMS system on a regular basis.
Ensure compliance with procurement and finance processes and standards. Coordination with suppliers on payments and invoicing. Ensure suppliers are paid in a timely and compliant manner.
Policies & Procedures Follows all relevant Department/Unit policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
Ensuring the organization adheres to legal frameworks in areas such as discipline & grievance, redundancy, and employment law.
Health, Safety & Environment Ensure compliance to all relevant health, safety, and environmental management policies, procedures and controls across the department to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, and a responsible environmental attitude.

2 years of relevant experience in communications
