Duties and responsibilities
- Scheduling & Meeting the clients & Brainstorming ideas
- Develop Quotations & Follow up Payments Coordinate with Admin for Invoicing
- Coordinating with Designers to proceed the logo + graphic elements + packaging + uniform design and proceed the Company Profile (follow up deadlines )
- Research different quotations & samples for packaging, uniforms and any additional required material;
- Content Writing - Assist on F&B;concept briefs and manuals
- Coordinate with PRO Department – Delegate and follow up requests from clients in terms of licensing, certification, liabilities and hiring/recruitments.
- Coordinate with Social Media & Marketing Department to create domain and follow up on mood-board creation.
- Recruitment - CV’s prescreening, interviews, Hiring
- Outlet Booklet – Gather or create SOP & Sequence of Service booklet with relevant financial information for increment of business.
- Training – Drafting the booklet & actual training
- HACCP – Training & Spot Checks following the rules & regulations of Civil Defense & Municipality.
- Business Development – Developing the catering department, deliveries & other marketing platforms, coordinate with events & marketing to develop the business and increase sales for clients
- Procurement - Research of the lowest rates from suppliers and higher margin for Bricks.
- F&B;Suppliers set-up – Negotiate FOC, discounts, rebates, consignments, etc.
