الوصف الوظيفي
- Monitors the firefighting systems round the clock.
- Makes regular inspection of the plant’s Carries out firefighting and related job watch activities to fight.
- Control and extinguish fire or eliminate hazard to protect life and property in the plant.
- Monitors the firefighting systems by frequently checking the alarm panel.
- Assist Firefighter in charge in all related functions and areas.
- Responds to fire alarms, toxic gas detectors and other emergency calls accompanies fire vehicle to fire or accident location and operates as a member of firefighting crew.
- Conducts periodical checks, fixed extinguishing systems (CO2, deluges, sprinklers, water, foam and dry powder), inspect, test firefighting pumps and compressors and maintain fire hoses, hydrants, monitors, isolation valves and couplings, and check water level at fire water tanks.
- Check firefighting trucks and all equipment in the trucks on daily basis and make sure that are ready for any call or emergencies
المهارات
1 Completion of secondary education + firefighting training certificate.
2 5 years of expertise in practical experience in firefighting and lifesaving activities preferably in a large organization
3 Using modern firefighting/lifesaving methods and equipment.
4 Valid U.A.E. Heavy Duty Driving License.
5 Fair knowledge of English and Arabic.
