Arranging weekly meeting for all CBs to discuss the challenges faced during the certification and opinion of all CBs
Review minutes of monthly meeting and share with all stake-holders
Assessment and analysis of CBs for appointment, setting regulation and minimum eligibility criterion
Prepare / update regulations, policies and SOPs for ICV certification
Reporting of monthly certifications done by CBs
Perform Ad-hoc reviews of certificates issued by CBs and report to Head of ICV & Sustainability
Suppliers
Regularly updating supplier guidelines and AUP according to the feedback received from suppliers and submit for approval to the Head of ICV & Sustainability
Organizing workshops for suppliers to give awareness and training
Designing questionnaire to take feedback from suppliers
Handling the queries sent by suppliers. Seek guidance / insight from Head of ICV & Sustainability. Prepare a report on queries received on daily basis and present to the Head of ICV & Sustainability
Take action on escalations made by the Associate in case of non-performance of commitment by a supplier. If required, escalate it to Head of ICV & Sustainability
Others
Develop external communication templates including press releases and website content
Handling and checking of report on vendors in pipeline and certified vendors, to be shared by CBs weekly/monthly. Collate and present the report to Head of ICV & Sustainability
Daily monitoring of ICV email id and replying for queries from suppliers and CBs. Escalate to Head of ICV & Sustainability
Regular internal (procurement and IT staff) and external (Vendors and suppliers) trainings.
Periodically updating procurement policy based on the ICV score & supplier type i.e. manufacturer, service provider, SME etc.

FIELD OF EXPERIENCE
•Real estate company or worked at a company of annual revenue of at least AED 2 billion.
Background in ICV with real estate company
