PURPOSE OF JOB
Our clients exclusive Supervisor/technicians/worker’s accommodation is required to be rented at all times. Need to plan, monitor & control the accommodation needs of companies with their Supervisor/technicians/workers. To also fulfill existing customer needs by penetrating the market deeper, wider and faster.
TASK
Managing the Leasing team and their monthly target.
Manage daily and weekly marketing and leasing reports.
Draft comprehensive marketing and leasing plan.
Manages all leasing activities including marketing to attract new clients, reviewing prospective clients, lease negotiations and the development of attractive leasing packages.
Conduct site visits and prepare presentations and client proposals and provide accurate pricing ensuring that the company price calculator is used at all times.
Identify the client’s requirement and devise plans and strategies for accommodating all their supervisors/technicians/workers.
Ensure the monthly, quarterly and yearly targets are consistently met.
Prepare regular leasing activity reports and the status of each negotiations held with potential tenants.
In depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management.
Liaising with clients in order to accommodate their rental.
Source and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities.
Promote unoccupied properties through various media and advertising techniques.
Assist leasing team with day to day tasks & work alongside to reach given targets.
المهارات
JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Education: Diploma/ Bachelor Degree programs in any related field.
Language: Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
Experience: Minimum 7 – 10 years in the Real Estate Leasing Management
Knowledge: Candidates should have experience and knowledge about UAE local market.
Driving License: Candidate must have valid UAE Driving License
