A. Accountabilities:
Remote support of onsite engineers and end users-customers during installation.
Support users and network administrators over the telephone and by email.
Responsible for Technology integration and configuration of routing and switching equipment.
Deploy and configuring PCs, Workstations and Laptops.
Handle Outlook configurations and support.
To monitor, escalate and follow up of issues as per SLA
To create incident of issues using Trouble Ticket Tool
Handle End user support, getting remote access using TeamViewer
Responsible for technical documentation like daily shift and ticket reports
Handle Email and call corporate customers for all technical support issues follow-up
Assure Permanent surveillance of network, systems, and security components monitored by the NOC
Acknowledgement of alarms raised at the NOC and first level problem resolution following up
Troubleshooting and ticketing ownership authenticate open, update, own and close tickets.
Responsible for Statistics gathering, management reporting, on demand reporting.
Assure Procedure feedback and initiation.
Expert at Level 1 technical support on all IDC (Internet Data Center) products and solutions.
Handle all other assigned responsibilities
B. Qualifications:
2/- year of experience of Implement, test, configure, troubleshooting and supporting application.
2/- year of experience in Providing first point of contact, provide technical support to end-user as per IT related issues
2/- year of experience in windows OS Installation, Troubleshooting, Performance tuning, Monitoring, Applying service pack and windows updates.
2/- year of experience in providing Support and implement Microsoft Windows client & Server.
2/- year of experience in Writing queries and manage MS SQL
2/- year of experience in proving Support and implement Domain, Networking, Antivirus
2/- year of experience Manage, Support & Configure Microsoft SCOM & SCCM
