Coordinate the development of the education sector strategy in cooperation with the key stakeholders within COMPANY
Consolidate the strategic plans of the sectors and departments in COMPANY and submit them to the Director of the Department for review and approval
Follow up on the adoption of the strategic and operational plans of the competent authorities in coordination with the concerned entities within COMPANY
Provide guidance and support to educational institutions to enable them to implement their educational plans and directives issued by COMPANY
Plan, organize and lead the communication and discussion with internal and external stakeholders to prioritize projects and initiatives in line with COMPANY strategy and objectives
Assist in providing solutions, alternative methods and corrective action plans in the event of any deviation from predefined plan
Monitor and follow up the commitment of the entities to implement their strategic and operational plans periodically
Review the strategy of the Department periodically and ensure that it is compatible with the direction of the government and the approved departments of COMPANY
Stimulate awareness of the strategic plan in COMPANY and its affiliates through the communication, meetings, and seminars
Participate in scenario planning exercises, coordinate with sector representatives, key stakeholders and refer to global best practices to develop future outlook for education sector
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, conduct benchmark studies and identify best practices to update current and future strategic plans for the education sector
Review the various standards, frameworks and guidelines in the education sector related to the strategy
Provide the necessary support to the division director and perform any other duties as requested
المهارات
Nationals: Experience of at least 4 years in a related field, preferably the education sector
Non-Nationals: Experience of at least 9 years in a related field, preferably the education sector
