Application Support Consultant – FIS Front Arena

الوصف الوظيفي
Job Purpose:

Provide effective functional and technical support for Front Arena application for Front, Middle and Back office users – ensure issues are appropriately documented, tracked, addressed and resolved in a timely manner during the project phases and post implementation / production support as per Service Level Agreements with strict adherence to the RAKBANK IT & Business guidelines and compliance requirements. Work closely and communicate effectively with business users as well as software vendors on solution delivery and issue resolution

المهارات
Qualification :

Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Computer Science

Experience :

· At least 3 -6 years of supporting Treasury application preferably FIS- Front Arena

Specialist skills required for the job:

Good Functional knowledge on Banking concepts
Must have Basic understanding of Treasury business and Workflow
Must have strong experience in FIS Front Arena application L1/L2 support
Hands on experience with AEL,ACM,ADFL, Reporting customizations and Adaptive Documentation is preferred
· Experience and understanding of typical software development lifecycles and best practices.

· Should be well versed in SQL and Python coding.

· Good interpersonal skills.
