SCRUM Master / Agile Project Manager

A stealth startup is working in retail grocery e-commerce that provides its users a platform to shop for groceries and connecting them with their favorite retailers.

The Scrum Master will work on a various projects which will allow the business users to interact with their customers in a totally different way. The Scrum Master will work with the Product Manager and with key business stakeholders to ensure that the Scrum methodology is implemented and followed properly.

You will work with the Product Manager to identify the project backlog, uncover the gaps between the product vendor and the business. You will also use your full skillset in developing user stories, analyzing, eliciting, validating, and documenting business requirements, processes, and policies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

 Collaborate with key business stakeholders to gather information relating to business processes and needed improvements  Provide basic technology and business best practice guidance related to initiatives  Create consistent documentation appropriate for all key stakeholders (business and technical)  Resolve questions or issues relating to initiatives in order to present carefully reviewed requirements to key stakeholders for approval and implementation  Create and provide training to end-users as appropriate  Develop and work with QA to maintain testing plans  Assist in creation of policy and procedural documentation  Work to maintain and improve the firm’s business work flow and data flow processes and documentation  Facilitation and project management assistance for in-progress initiatives

Requirements:

 5+ years of IT Business Analyst experience  3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master. CSM is strongly preferred  Experience as a BA, BSA, or Product Owner in an Agile environment preferred  Good collaboration skills, applied successfully across the organization  Knowledge of the professional services industry preferred  High level of proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office Suite  Advanced skills with project management, diagramming, and data analysis tools.  Analytical mindset
