Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills
Support commission to achieve a goal and vision from 2021 to 2022.
Developing and updating the main strategy of the authority and ensuring that the vision, mission and strategy are in line with the operational plan for all departments in the authority to ensure ground compatibility and horizontal integration of all operational strategies.
Develop, formulate, and supervise the implementation of departmental strategies and organizational units that follow them, and in line with the authority’s strategic directions.
Establishing the Authority’s strategic initiatives for the year 2020 to 2026 and support government capabilities, including the action plan and initiatives, and follow-up forms to complete the initiatives and associated indicators.
Supporting the follow-up of the Authority’s strategic and operational planning process at the level of organizational units.
Providing the authority with the necessary strategic tools and techniques in accordance with best practices, in order to support the authority in utilizing its resources as a pioneering strategic system.
Check and Rebuild the operations of the Commission and the beer index and passed.
Innovative thinking in the field of strategic planning
Strategic thinking and its applications in the area of the Authority’s work
Effective communication at the organizational unit level
Skills of preparing reports, research, studies and comparisons in the strategic field
Full knowledge in studying and improving process engineering

Requirements:
Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering or equivalent and Certified professional certificates in institutional development, strategic planning and performance.
Experience should be not less than 5 years in the field of strategic planning and institutional development in government agencies
The number of advisory projects in the field of strategic planning is not less than 7 years consulting project for each consultant related to the direct strategy.
The number of years of experience of the consulting firm is not less than 10 years from the date the company was established under a license company or contract founding
The process for the nominated consultant for 5 years in the field of strategic planning.
