1.Ensure safe work conditions at any point in time in area of responsibility.
2.Carry out the regular process product quality checks to ensure the finished product adherence to the quality standards.
3.Monitor & maintain all standard running conditions as per the Standard Operating Standards (SOPs) and Standard Running Conditions (SRCs)
4.Record reading & checks as per the specified frequency on the SRC books
5.Identify process/product deviations & follow the escalation procedure to restore the standards
6.Maintain the Hygiene, 5S, & housekeeping standards.
7.Perform manual activities such as material movement, weighing, lifting
8.Ensure that all the critical control points are tested & monitored on time, & follow the escalation procedure in case of failure
9.Carry out the weekly inventory stock take
10.Carry out tasks in the changeovers in his area
11.Carry out Preventive Maintenance along with maintenance team
12.Implement LEAN & continuous improvement activities within the area of responsibility
13.Assist in installation and commissioning of equipment
14.At all times, comply with company policies, procedures and instructions
15.Follow all HSE & Food Safety Rules and Regulations.
