MOULD AND FABRICATION FOREMAN UP TO 6K AED FOR A PRECAST MANUFACTURING COMPANY IN ABU DHABI

Responsible for casting of moulds fabrication, in accordance with daily casting schedule

Follow the pre-established schedule for new moulds fabrication and casting

Responsible for delivery and necessary modification as and when required

Follow up drawings for each mould during fabrication and when completed, request the Quality Department to check the finished mould

Ensure that all equipment, materials and consumable are available for moulds fabrication and casting

Report to the Factory Manager on a daily/weekly basis for the following:

Daily progress of work for each mould
The approximate figure of man-hours spent per job on a weekly basis
Confer with management or subordinates to resolve worker problems, complaints, or grievances
Ensure that the workplace is safe for all activities under his supervision
Drive the employees to understand their roles, responsibilities, and expectations regarding the Facility EHSS Plan and enforce EHSS work rules consistently
Participate in preparation of risk assessment and Job Safety Analysis/Job Hazard Analysis for his respective activities

SALARY:  up to 6,000 AED full package, depending on qualifications and experience

HIRING COMPANY:  Leading Precast Manufacturing Company

WORK LOCATION:  Abu Dhabi, UAE

AVAILABILITY:  Immediately available will be prioritized (1 month max)

EMPLOYMENT TYPE:  Permanent/Full-time

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

Open to any nationality

Male, 49 years old and below

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Diploma or Bachelor’s in any related certification

At least 2 years of similar work experience in a precast or glassfibre reinforced concrete (GRC) company

Must be able to understand shop drawings

Good communication and leadership skills

Ability to handle a small team, provide instructions, and supervise their tasks
