Graduate of ANY Engineering course (civil, architectural, MEP background)
Total work experience must be a minimum of 8 years.
Good knowledge of working during close-out and DLP period mandatory.
Experience with facilities management, maintenance of buildings preferable.
Knowledge about document controlling process.
Familiarity with Musanada processes preferable.
Driving license mandatory.
Candidates must be currently based in the UAE.
Immediate availability mandatory.
