Job Title: Pack House Supervisor

Job Overview
We are looking for a Pack House Supervisor for an Agricultural farm in Abu Dhabi.

Job Responsibilities

Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in receiving, grading, storing, and shipping fruits and vegetables:

Trains workers in grading and packing procedures in accordance with customers’ specifications.

Inspects storage area to determine freshness of produce and indicates produce to be packed and removed.

Inspects packaged produce for conformance to customers’ specifications

Packing House Facility
- Insure the Proper Repair & Maintenance of Equipment,

Following of Environment, Health & Safety
Mechanical-Monitoring of Power Plant, Generators,
Electrical –Insure the Proper Maintenance, Installation of electrical Materials, and Monitoring,
Irrigation System – Monitoring & Supervise of Irrigation System and Installation.

Overall management of pack house, production and technical operations Responsible for overall Quality Control.

Monitoring of labor efficiency and Quality

Monitoring of overtime authorization for the pack house staff.

Monitoring the cold stores humidity and temperature of Refrigerated Container Van, Monitoring and Insure the time of Delivery of Fruits and Delivery of Packaging Materials.

Reporting to the Farm Manager regarding pack house hygiene, customer specifications and Quality issues.

Office Work -PrepareDaily &Weekly;Accomplishment Report to Production Manager &Daily;Monitoring of Man Power,
