1. Provide administrative support to the Regulatory Affairs Department.
2. Receive all registration documents and samples from principals.
3. Proactively communicate and follow up on the shipments of registration documents and registration samples.
4. Update the registration database (specifying the details of enclosures and kind of application).
5. Report the received material to the department manager.
6. Update the registration database with the missing requirements and date of communication.
7. Support the Regulatory Affairs Department to prepare product submission documentation.
8. Prepare and maintain softcopies of registration dossiers and artwork with easy access and retrieval.
9. Update and maintain registration database with submission dates and MOH comments if any.
10. Maintain a database on the status of products and manufacturing sites.
11. Generate status list of registration expiries and due for renewal on regular basis and upon the requests of the department.
12. Maintain records of MOH Forms and regulatory requirements.
