Mechanical Engineer

Preparation and submission of Client pre-qualifications.

Estimation, Cost evaluation and preparation of quotation against tender received from various clients

Analyze and evaluate the scope of work after the receipt of P.O. from customer

Oversee the selection and requisition of materials. Ensure all the work performed are in accordance with the specifications.

Communicate with clients and their representatives including attending meetings to keep them informed of progress.

Prepare the Method of Statement &Risk;Assessment (RAMS)for the project

Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly

Providing technical advice and solving problems on site.

Liaising with purchase department about the ordering and pricing of materials.

Send Pre- bid clarifications, bid submission date extension request etc. to client.

Introducing new clients.
