• First point of contact, provide technical support to End-User as per IT related issues.
• Coordinate with Backend support staff.
• Windows OS Installation, Troubleshooting, Performance tuning, Monitoring, Applying Service Pack and Windows Updates.
• Basics Network
• Installation of new and used hardware units and components.
• Microsoft word and excel skills
• Experience 1-5 years
• UAE driving license
• No issue to work in any place in UAE (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, ..)
• University degree in IT or equivalent
