• Education: Bachelors in relevant field
• Minimum 5 Years in UAE as Payroll Officer
Brief Job Description:
• Compute and Process payroll of 300+ staff in accordance with policies and labour law
• Process End of service settlements, Over Time payments and Leave Salary
• Coordinate Trainings (Internal & External) as per the requirements of the company
• Monitor and Review the performance appraisal process of the company
• Ensure all HR documents and Process are in line with ISO standards
