Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Job Description
• Cooperate with the company’s products and operation strategies, and carry out refined operations and community operations for users
• Collect and analyze user behavior data and user feedback, clarify user attributes, and improve user portraits
• In-depth exploration of user’s demands, design corresponding customer maintenance plans for different types of users, establish user classification systems, incentive mechanisms, increase the number of users, and improve user retention and activity
• Establish and maintain online and offline user communities, promote brand communication, and enhance user stickiness
• Establish a major customer information database, formulate major customer maintenance plans, increase the number of major customers and improve user experience
Job Requirements
• Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of working experience in application user operation
• Able to communicate effectively with other departments of the company to jointly complete project planning and execution
• Possess certain data sensitivity and data analysis capabilities
• Actively seek changes, quick learner, and be able to quickly adjust plans based on market feedback
• Responsible and strong execution
• Working experience in the Middle East, familiar with the Middle East market and user attributes is preferred
• English as working language, Arabic or Chinese is a plus.
