الوصف الوظيفي As Director of Special Projects you will— ? Report to the Executive Director of Special Projects & Outreach ? Supervise Senior Specialists (in the areas of Child Development, ECD Policy-making, Child Welfare, and EC Workforce Excellence) and oversee a team of up to 8 members ? Oversee the planning, design, budgeting and execution of all activities under Special Projects ? Be supported by a Managerial Assistant ? Be based in Abu Dhabi We value past experience in— ? Developing and leading strategic planning and oversight within a large, complex organization ? Project Management or a strategy-related role in area of early childhood health, family support, or care and education. ? Applying deep knowledge of ECD-related research and effective practice to inform policymaking, program development, and service delivery. ? Facilitating effective and impactful stakeholder relations, especially in the areas of strategic decision-making, policy development, and service delivery. ? Managing multicultural teams, preferably in both public and private sectors and within an international context. We are looking for the following educational qualifications (preferred)— ? Post-graduate degree in Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, Education, Public Policy, Medicine, Law, or equivalent. ?
