Senior Contracts Engineer
Responsibility:
• Fully responsible for the Main EPC Contract. Including writing letters to Client, Variation, claims, contract closure, routine contract management etc. to make the sure the contracts is managed properly.
• Liaison point for legal, finance, engineering, construction, planning departments for contractual issues.
• Anticipate contractual and commercial risks, opportunities and threats to the project and implement.
• Interface coordination with client and different companies.
• Site supervision, review construction method of statement.
• Defend Contractual rights and protect Contractor’s interests in the Contract.
• Study job specifications to determine appropriate construction method;
Requirements:
• Locally available can join immediately
• Degree in Mechanical engineering or related
• 6-12 years’ experience in Oil and Gas
• With pipeline project experience is advantage
