We are looking for a trustworthy, take-charge individual to join our growing business as a site supervisor. The role of a site supervisor has broad responsibilities, from managing staff and overseeing projects, to maintaining safety protocols and implementing site procedures. Our ideal candidate should be experienced, responsible, and team-focused.

Job description:
Oversee day to day operations of the facility
The supervision of all cleaning staff focusing on their performance in terms of standards of cleanliness and their behavior whilst on duty.
Ensuring that a first class cleaning service is delivered to all areas.
Reviewing work schedules.
Ordering of cleaning materials.
Supervise and evaluate staff; complete employee reviews; keep accurate records of employee attendance and timesheets; provide positive direction to motivate quality performance; discipline personnel when necessary and appropriate.
Set project goals and oversee projects to completion; schedule and track assignments
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
We need Years of prior experience in supervisory roles (Construction Cleaning Company experience). Note To Candidate : We are not construction company we are office facility service providers.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills
Fluent in English, Hindi & Basic Arabic
Valid driver’s license is mandatory
WORK HOURS: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday. Occasional weekend or evening work may be required.
Qualification: Any relevant degree.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,500.00 per month
