HRBP & Rewards Manager
• Experience in acting as a change agent and advising line managers on talent management topics such as promotions, org restructuring, retention etc.
• Managing the full performance management cycle and training line manager’s. Designing and delivering training programs across different HR topics
• Managing team of junior HRBPs Rewards
• Acting as the center of excellence when it comes to designing and managing salary structure, benefits, offers etc.
• Experience in job evaluation and creating job descriptions
• This role requires someone who knows how to manage stakeholder, build good relationship with stakeholders, has strong personality and excellent persuasive skills and communication.
