• Ability to manage difficult stakeholders ( Line managers), excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and is action oriented
• Certified assessor and previous experience designing and conducting talent assessment and panel
• UAE experience
• Previous experience managing from A to Z mass recruitment and events.
• Arabic speaker
