الوصف الوظيفي · Ensure technical optimization and process optimization with programs such as Early Career Hiring, Nationalization, Referral Management, Redeployment, License Management/usage and recruitment reporting. · Build, maintain and manage relationships with recruiting vendors and third-party suppliers. · Partner with the TA leadership team to facilitate Recruitment Marketing and Change Management efforts in conjunction with the Employee Experience & Communications teams and external vendors. · Partner closely with recruiting leadership on complex issues in order to structure frameworks and create action plans. · Act as the subject matter expert for TA staff troubleshooting, testing, and driving enhancements for Workday ATS. · Manage job board licenses by reviewing and analyzing usage and key metrics. · Build out of a Recruiting Hub for all TA related information. · Facilitate on-boarding of new TA staff. · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. · Functional and technical experience related to Talent Acquisition and Applicant Tracking systems, specifically Workday. · Project management and change management skills. · Evidence of strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
