Senior Project Controls Analyst
JOB OBJECTIVES
• To review and follow up site reports, obtain information related to planning, cost or contracts on site.
• To compile and analyze data & reports specific to Project Controls activities.
• To support the provision of Project Controls services to ensure customer satisfaction.
• To control files on schedules, cost reports, progress reports, bills of materials and the associated information.
• To prepare office memos and handle correspondence in accordance with quality, regulatory & contractual requirements.

• Taking Info from senses

• Estimating / Calculating
Safety and Quality Responsibilities
• Maintain standards of safety and comply with Company’s Health, safety and Environment Management System requirements.
• Take reasonable care of own health and safety and that of others in the workplace.
Follow and maintain Company standards of Quality in accordance with Company Quality System requirements.
EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Essential:
• A Certificate from a 2-year Technical Course i.e. Commerce, Business Administration, etc.
• Communication Skills
• Working under pressure
• Cooperation
• Computer Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Access
• 6 to 10 years related work experience.
Desirable:
• Minimum 5 years of work experience as “Project Controls Analyst”.
• A Bachelor’s Degree – B.Sc./BA
• Knowledge of Oracle
