Opened in September 2010, a world leading sports, fitness, leisure and entertainment destination in Abu Dhabi is hiring the following position:
Position: Head of Sales & Marketing
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in Hospitality and / or Sports Facilities Environment
• Minimum of 4 years UAE experience, Knowledge of UAE local market and with hospitality background
• Experience in an integrated Private or Semi-Private Resort and Country Club or Sports Club with both Membership and Public access in a senior leadership role
• Excellent leadership skills with experience of driving performance in teams
• Excellent selling capabilities and the ability and desire to coach selling techniques to Team Members
• Ability to provide honest feedback and constructive criticism to the team
Corporate & Membership Sales Manager
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
• Mandatory: Arabic Speaker & English proficiency
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major with at least 5 years’ of experience in the sales and marketing in Hospitality and / or Sports Facilities Environment
• Knowledge of UAE local market and with hospitality background
• Experience in an integrated Private or Semi-Private Resort and Country Club or Sports Club with both Membership and Public access in a managerial role
• Excellent leadership skills with experience of driving performance in teams
• Excellent selling capabilities and the ability and desire to coach selling techniques to Team Members
• Passion for sales and for achieving targets and objectives
Customer Service Representative
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
• Any Bachelor education degree or equivalent
• At least 2 years’ of experience in the sales and marketing in Hospitality and / or Sports Facilities Environment
• Knowledge of UAE local market and with hospitality background
• Experience in an integrated Private or Semi-Private Resort and Country Club or Sports Club
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times and responding promptly to customer inquiries
• Communicating with customers through various channels
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints, Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
• Knowing our products/services inside and out
• Able to communicate in Arabic Speaker & English
