Hiring Head of Business Development
One of the leading companies in the UAE is looking for a HOB, he/she will be responsible for developing and implementing a growth strategy.
He/she will also build and develop a full sales pipeline from both ‘internal’ leads and ‘external’ self-generated leads to achieve the outlined goals and objectives, manage the day-to-day functional operations of the Group, and ensure efficiency and effectiveness in the operations.
Work Experience
• Strong Sales and Marketing background from same or similar industry.
• Experience carrying a revenue target with the ability to develop compelling strategies and implement tactics that deliver team results.
• At least 10-12 years of related experience– building multiple investments opportunities and strategic partnerships
• Nationality: Emirati
• Education Level: University Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Finance.
