Position Title: Retail Floor Supervisor
Employment Type: Full-tim
Salary: up to 16K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifcation

A prominent group based in Abu Dhabi, with international collaboration and successful track records in the areas of F&B;, Retail and Entertainment
Job Description:
Ensure all Health and Safety requirements are adhered to and upheld as per organization standards, and a safe environment is upheld for all customers, staff, and suppliers while achieving and maximizing occupancy targets
Achieve and exceed Sales Targets and monthly team KPIs
Train and Coach team members on effectively handling resolution of customer grievances and queries with minimum cost to the business
Source brand partners and trends in line with the guidelines and targets set out by the business
Implement and maintain professional grooming/dress code and suitable style for the environment at work by being a role model for the team, always showing the customers and brand partners what a great and innovative store looks like
المهارات
Qualifications:
25 to 35 years old
Must have 4 years minimum experience in handling a store – luxury/top international brands
Immediate joiners will be priotitized
