الوصف الوظيفي • Assisting customers by understanding their individual needs and providing excellent customer service. • Maintain Customer Relations. • Keeping the shop clean and well-maintained at all times. • maintaining accurate records • Aim to achieve monthly or annual targets. • Candidate should be able to identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions. • A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make the candidate successful in this role. • Ultimately, the candidate should ensure that customers leave our store satisfied and he/she will contribute to the store’s profitability. Responsibilities: • Greet and direct customers to shop • Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing, and after-sales services) • Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services • Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing • Cross-sell products • Ensure Perfume racks are fully stocked • Manage returns of merchandise • Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times) • Inform customers about discounts and special offers • Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager • Stay up-to-date with new products. المهارات • Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative • Understanding of the retail sales process • Familiarity with consumer behavior principles • To be courteous to their co-workers, managers, and customers • Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures • Basic math skills • Track record of achieving sales quotas • Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships • Ability to perform in fast-paced environments • Flexibility to work various shifts • High school degree or more. • Candidate must have RETAIL STORE and EVENTS Experience. • Excellent communication skills in English/Arabic • Candidates should be available in UAE (Abu Dhabi) for a face-to-face interview. • Must be presentable Must be comfortable greeting, talking, and assisting customers. • Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out. تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/sales-representative-4678014/ |
