International Leading ILI company is looking for professional HSE Engineer to join their team in Hamriyah Free Zone, Ajman
Job Functions:
Defining Poilicies and Strategies for HSE department to be announced to the Management and regularly reported for an progreess;
Defining Competencies for HSE Department team members;
Overseeing the performance of all aspects pertaining HSE in Head Office and at the Site;
Deciding on HSE staff recruitment based on required competencies;
Promoting the competency development of personnel on the scope of HSE;
Approving procedures for the company manually and via ERP system;
Setting standarts for Quality as well as Health and Safety;
Designing and implementing all activities pertaining to HSE;
Training HSE personnel in process areas including Interal Audit;
Approving all documents and records pertaining to HSE as well as the output of HSE team;
Implementing all applicable standards of the organization; Identifying new concepts and HSE standards, implementing the suitable ones;
Setting standards for non-conformities for the company vehicles; checking on the effectiveness of actions taken against it;
Evaluating the Process, Product & HSE Team members;
Monitoring the performance of the Internal Auditors; Qualifying an Internal Auditors of System of the Company;
Approving all related HSE plans.
Determine details about the case and procedures that can be put into place to eliminate incident re-occurrence;
Determine the personal protective equipment (PPE) that is required for the workplace and ensure that inventories are stocked appropriately
المهارات
Min 5 years of work experience in UAE in managerial position in medium size mulit-national organization[200~500 ppl],
Experience in HSE departments companies that has non-standard production/assembly lines and that had to be very flexible in meeting all clients requirements;
Strong background in Engineering, like Mechanical, Electronical, HSE certifications and similar.
Disciplined and organized in nature personality, systematic and analytical way of thinking.
A Bachelor’s degree in a safety or technical engineering field of study.
Possess excellent computer skills as well as technical communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team within the workplace.
Capability to maintain accurate logs and reports of assessment information.
Desire to improve and maintain the health and safety of all employees in the workplace.
