الوصف الوظيفي
• Maintenance supervisors oversee and coordinate the workers who maintain and repair electrical, plumbing, ventilation system (A/C) and other building systems.
• Responsible for evaluating problematic systems or facilities and determining what installation or repair services need to be performed.
•Receive complains and schedule & assign the work accordingly.
• Maintenance-related duties include performing initial evaluations of building systems and distributing work assignments.
• Supervisors hire workers, organize schedules, and assign work activity.
• Additional responsibilities include developing and implementing maintenance procedures and maintaining personnel records.
• Supervisors evaluate each worker’s performance to ensure quality operations.
• Investigate accidents and prepare relevant reports.
• Keeps time cards and other routine records.
• Does general repairs such as painting, patching walls, hanging shelves and landscaping.
• Coordinates renovations of existing facilities and the construction of new facilities.
• Ability to meet and deal tactfully and courteously with fellow employees and vendors/contractors.
المهارات
Mechanical Engineering background.
Strong knowledge of all around A/C work.
Strong planning skill and team management skills.
Computer knowledge( Microsoft Office).
